We ship within 24hrs after cleared payment (except on Sundays and Public holidays). In most cases we despatch on the same day.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped/dispatched. Cancellations are not allowed after the order has been shipped/dispatched.
return & refund
In case of damaged products, please contact us with clear pictures of the damaged product(s), within 5 days from delivery and as per your request we will either send you a replacement (free of cost) or issue a full refund. You can email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org and mention the order ID in the subject.
For any other kind of returns, customer needs to pack the product properly in its original packaging and ship it back to the return(from) address mentioned on the package. We will issue full refund as soon as we receive our product back in undamaged condition.
We accept payment through all major Credit/Debit cards, Net-banking and PayPal. The Credit/Debit Card and Net-banking transactions on our store are carried out through CitrusPay(PayU Money), one of the safest and most trusted payment gateway in India, used by almost all eCommerce websites in India.

I received a damaged product. What do I do?
We use our experience while packing our orders. Our products rarely get damaged during transit. But in an unlikely event, if you receive a product in damaged condition, please contact us with pictures of the damage within 5 days and we will help you with a refund or replacement.
